What to expect from a Detox
Day 1

your body is getting used to consuming fewer calories and is burning stored fat
energy. You may also notice clearer skin and improved digestion.
Day 5
Congratulations, you're halfway there! On day five, you may feel a sense of
accomplishment and pride. You should be feeling more energized and focused, and you
clothes may be feeling looser. Continue with the same four to six juices per day, and try adding
in some light exercise such as yoga or walking.
Day 6
You may start to feel a little bored with the same juices every day. You
may also notice that your mental clarity has improved, and you feel more focused, which
can help you stay motivated and on track. To keep yourself engaged, try incorporating
some light exercise or meditation into your daily routine. These activities can help
you feel more balanced and centered as you approach the end of your cleanse.
Day 7
The final day of your cleanse! You've made it this far, so congratulations are in order.
On day seven, you may experience a sense of accomplishment and pride. You should
be feeling more energetic, with clearer skin and improved digestion. It's important to
ease back into solid foods slowly, starting with small portions of steamed
vegetables or fruit.
